5 Tortillas

4 Eggs

Mozzarella cheese

1 Tomato

1 Green chili

1 Onion

1 cup of Flour

1 can of Tomato sauce

Chicken broth

1 pinch of Garlic salt

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this traditional recipe from El Salvador, first cut the tomato, green chili, and onion into small pieces.

Step 2 : Next, place the mozzarella cheese in a bowl and add the chopped tomatoes, green chili, and onion, along with a pinch of garlic salt.

Step 3 : Mix everything until you get a cohesive dough.

Step 5 : Next, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks, then add the egg yolks and a little flour.
