Ingredients

1 Chicken cut into quarters
1 cup of White wine
5 Green chilies
10 Garlic cloves
4 Medium carrots
4 Medium potatoes
Relajo (spices mix)
Oil for frying
Garlic salt
1 pinch of Black pepper
Green olives
1 pinch of Salt
Cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : The chicken should be thoroughly washed with lime juice and seasoned with wine, garlic salt, cumin, and salt to taste.
Step 2 : It is recommended to prepare this a day in advance and keep the chicken refrigerated, turning it occasionally.
Step 3 : Roast the tomatoes, chili, peeled onion, and garlic until cooked.
