Crab meat

2 pounds of Crabs

1 Whole garlic clove

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Butter

1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil

Chicken broth

1 Lemon

Water

Tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this Salvadoran dish, the crabs must first be washed and left in a bowl.

Step 2 : In a skillet, heat oil and add the garlic, being careful not to burn it.

Step 3 : Next, prepare a crab meat mixture with lemon, butter, and a pinch of salt, to which half a glass of water is added.

Step 4 : Once almost sautéed, add the crabs, chicken broth, and tomato sauce.

Step 5 : Let it cook for approximately 7 minutes and then the dish will be ready to be enjoyed.
