Ingredients

Elbow Pasta Salad

1 Packet of elbow pasta

4 Potatoes

4 Carrots

2 Crushed garlic cloves

½ Green chili

2 Tomato

½ Onion

2 Bay leaves

200 grams of Cream

150 grams of Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon of Mustard

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the carrots and potatoes with a pinch of salt, and wait until they are cooked.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, finely chop the chili, tomato, and onion.

Step 3 : Then, mix with the potatoes and carrots to create a salad.

Step 4 : In another pot with boiling water, cook the elbow pasta, adding the crushed garlic, bay leaves, oil, and salt to taste.

Step 5 : Be sure to monitor so as not to overcook the pasta.

Step 6 : Once cooked, remove, strain, and let it cool in a well-covered container.

Step 7 : When the elbows are cold, add them to the prepared salad along with one tablespoon of mustard, 200 grams of cream, and 150 grams of mayonnaise.

Step 8 : Mix very well, let it rest for a few minutes in the fridge, and it will be ready to serve.

Step 9 : You can accompany it with tostadas or tortillas.
