Ingredients

4 Chicken pieces

4 Potatoes

1 Chopped onion

2 Minced garlic cloves

½ cup of Chicken broth

¼ cup of Olive oil

¼ cup of Flour

½ teaspoon of Paprika

½ teaspoon of Dried oregano

¼ teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2 : Next, peel and cut the potatoes into approximately 2.5 cm cubes.

Step 3 : In a large bowl, mix the flour, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.

Step 4 : Then, coat the chicken pieces with this mixture, making sure they are well covered.

Step 5 : In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and add the breaded chicken pieces, cooking them on both sides until golden.

Step 6 : Once ready, remove from heat and set aside.

Step 7 : In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened and golden.

Step 8 : Next, add the potatoes to the skillet with the onion and garlic, stirring to coat them with the oil and spices.

Step 9 : Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 10 : Then, add the chicken broth and mix well.

Step 11 : Place the golden chicken pieces in the skillet, amid the potatoes and onion.

Step 12 : To continue cooking, place the skillet in the oven and cook everything for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Step 13 : Finally, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
