Ingredients

500 grams of Washed and chopped sweetbreads

1 Chopped onion

1 Chopped green chili

4 Chopped tomatoes

2 Finely chopped garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Chopped aromatic herbs

Chicken broth

Margarine

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by browning the onion, garlic, and green chili in a skillet with margarine.
