Ingredients

Macaroni with Cream

1 kilogram of Macaroni pasta

½ Chili

½ Onion

50 grams of Parsley

2 Cloves of garlic

300 grams of Cream

300 grams of Parmesan cheese

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation (simple version)

Step 1 : Boil the pasta in water with oil and salt until al dente, then drain and set aside. Macaroni with Cream - Preparation - Step 1
Step 2 : Finely chop the chili, onion, parsley, and garlic. Macaroni with Cream - Preparation - Step 2
Step 3 : Sauté the vegetables in hot oil with salt until soft, add the cooked pasta, and mix. Macaroni with Cream - Preparation - Step 3
Step 4 : Add the cream, stir carefully, cook for a few minutes, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving. Macaroni with Cream - Preparation - Step 4

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, add plenty of water along with 2 tablespoons of oil and salt to taste.

Step 2 : Wait for the water to boil before adding the macaroni pasta and let it cook until al dente.

Step 3 : Once ready, drain the pasta and set aside.

Step 4 : Proceed to finely chop the chili, onion, parsley, and garlic.

Step 5 : In a pot with hot oil, add the chopped ingredients and season with salt to taste to sauté.

Step 6 : Once the vegetables are soft, add the cooked pasta and mix well.

Step 7 : Next, add the 300 grams of cream, stir carefully, and cook for a few minutes.

Step 8 : If desired, add a little water to adjust the desired consistency.

Step 9 : To serve, place the macaroni with cream on a hot plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
