Ingredients

500 grams of Ground beef

½ Onion

½ Tomato

½ Green chili

4 tablespoons of All-purpose flour

2 Eggs

2 Cilantro sprigs

1 tablespoon of Beef bouillon powder

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Finely chop the vegetables separately.

Step 2 : In a bowl, add the ground beef and mix in the chopped vegetables, ½ onion, ½ chili, ½ tomato, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, salt, pepper to taste, and the 2 eggs, mixing everything well.

Step 3 : Form balls with the meat mixture and flatten them into patties.

Step 4 : In a skillet with hot oil over low heat, add the meat patties to fry.

Step 5 : Once golden brown, remove and let them rest.

Step 6 : In the same skillet, sauté the remaining chopped vegetables of ½ onion, ½ chili, cilantro, 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, and the beef bouillon powder, mixing and sautéing.

Step 7 : After a few minutes, add ½ cup of water and stir until it boils.

Step 8 : With the sauce boiling, add the golden-brown patties and let them cook for a few minutes.

Step 9 : Finally, remove from heat and serve hot.
