Ingredients
1 kilogram of Pork meat in pieces
4 Garlic cloves
1 ½ Onions
½ liter of Water
4 Tomatoes
2 Cilantro sprigs
½ cup of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 Lemon
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start by cutting the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro into small pieces.
Step 2 : Then, place them in a container and mix them to create the sauce, squeezing all the lemon juice and stirring well.
Step 3 : In a pot, add half a cup of water and the pork meat with the garlic cloves and salt to taste.
Step 4 : Let it cook properly.
Step 5 : Subsequently, add half a cup of oil and wait for the pork crackling pieces to be well cooked.
Step 6 : Once the pork crackling pieces are ready, add the onion rings and let all the water evaporate.
Step 7 : Then, they will start to fry and brown.
Step 8 : When everything is golden and ready, serve the pork crackling pieces with the sauce.
