Potato Coating
Ingredients
6 Large boiled potatoes without skins, sliced
½ pound of Chicken breast
¼ pound of Bacon
3 cups of Fresh spinach
1 Julienned onions
2 tablespoons of Chopped garlic
2 Eggs
½ cup of Cream
2 Celery stalks sliced
½ pound of Mozzarella cheese
Chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, fry the bacon until well browned, then cut into small pieces.
Step 2 : Shred the chicken breast and set aside.
Step 3 : In another hot skillet with oil, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the spinach and shredded chicken.
Step 4 : Sauté everything together, adding a bit of chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, mix the cream with the eggs, celery, salt, and pepper.
Step 6 : In an oiled ovenproof dish, place a layer of potatoes, followed by a layer of cream, a layer of mozzarella cheese, and a layer of chicken sauté.
Step 7 : Repeat this process, layering ingredients alternately until reaching the edge of the dish.
Step 8 : Cover the top layer with cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 9 : Bake in a preheated oven at 350°C for 20 minutes.
Step 10 : Once ready, serve hot and enjoy with family.
