Ingredients

½ pound of Rice

1 ½ cup of Loroco

60 grams of Finely chopped onion

60 milliliters of Oil

½ liter of Water

60 milliliters of White wine

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The loroco is finely chopped and sautéed in a skillet with oil along with the onion for one minute.

Step 2 : Add the previously washed rice; stir and add water and wine.

Step 3 : Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until the water is absorbed.
