Ingredients

8 Dried and salted fish

6 Eggs

Shrimp broth

1 pinch of Salt

4 Ripe tomatoes

½ Small onion

Green chili

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, it is recommended to have the dried fish prepared in advance.

Step 2 : To soften them, they should be soaked in water for at least 5 minutes to remove excess salt.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, heat oil in a pot.

Step 4 : Separate the yolks from the whites and beat them until stiff peaks form.

Step 5 : Then, add the yolks and mix well.

Step 6 : Once the dried fish have drained the salt, pat them dry with paper towels and stuff each one with the beaten egg before frying them in hot oil on both sides.

Step 7 : Place the fried fish on a plate while preparing the sauce.

Step 8 : Blend the tomatoes, onion, and green chili with a little salt, water, and shrimp broth or other chosen broth, without making the sauce too seasoned.

Step 9 : Pour the sauce into a pot and bring to a boil.

Step 10 : Add the fish wrapped in egg to the boiling sauce and cook for about 5 minutes.
