Shredded Beef with Egg
Ingredients
500 grams of Shredded beef
2 Garlic cloves
½ Chopped onion
8 Eggs
3 Chopped tomatoes
1 Green chili in thin strips
Beef consommé powder
1 pinch of Salt
Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot with water, place the shredded beef along with ¼ of chopped onion, 1 garlic clove, and salt to taste.
Step 2 : Cook until the meat is tender.
Step 3 : Once cooked, remove and let it cool.
Step 4 : Then, finely shred the meat with your hands.
Step 5 : In a bowl, beat the 8 eggs until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Step 6 : In a skillet with hot oil, sauté the tomato, onion, and green chili mixture.
Step 7 : Add the shredded beef and mix well.
Step 8 : Season with beef consommé powder and salt to taste.
Step 9 : Cook the mixture for 5 minutes until the meat is golden brown.
Step 10 : Finally, add the beaten eggs and constantly stir until cooked.
Step 11 : Once ready, serve.
