Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

1 pound of Fresh shrimp

1 Grated carrot

1 Thinly sliced green chili

1 Thinly sliced red onion

Chopped cilantro

Oregano

6 Limes

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The shrimp must be prepared for marinating.

Step 2 : Remove the shells, vein, and cut them into three pieces.

Step 3 : Squeeze the limes into a bowl and reserve the juice, being careful not to squeeze too much to prevent lemon oil from falling off the peels.

Step 4 : Once prepared, place the shrimp in the lime juice for about 2 hours to cook with the lime.

Step 5 : After this time, discard the lime juice and add more lime.

Step 6 : Then add the other ingredients: onion, carrot, green chili, cilantro, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 7 : Let it rest for at least 10 minutes and serve with your favorite accompaniment.
