Ingredients

1 pound of Medium shrimp

2 tablespoons of Oil

2 Cloves of garlic finely chopped or grated

½ teaspoon of Turmeric

1 pinch of Pepper

1 pinch of Salt

¼ Cream

¼ cup of White wine

¼ cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a container, place the cleaned shrimp and add salt, pepper, turmeric, and wine.

Step 2 : Mix the ingredients well.

Step 3 : Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp along with the marinade juice.
