10 Eggs
400 grams of Shrimp
2 tablespoons of Rice flour
3 Red chilies
1 Plum
2 tablespoons of Pumpkin seeds
2 Tomatoes
½ Chili
2 tablespoons of Pepper
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : The first task is to clean the shrimp well and cook them for a couple of minutes, adding salt to taste.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, add the 10 eggs to a blender and beat for approximately 10 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
Step 3 : Then, add 2 tablespoons of rice flour to the mixture, making sure to achieve a thick volume.
Step 4 : Next, in a pan with hot oil, spoon the egg mixture like a tortilla.
Step 5 : Add 2 shrimp and cover with another spoonful of mixture.
Step 6 : It is important to let them fry well on both sides before removing from the heat.
