Stuffed Pork Loin

1 kilogram of Pork loin
350 grams of Spinach
300 grams of Cooked bacon
200 grams of Parmesan cheese
350 grams of Mozzarella cheese
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by cutting the loin in half and open it up, then pound it with a kitchen mallet to obtain a wider and less thick fillet.
