1 pound of Pork ribs, cut into small pieces

Tomato

Green chili

Onion

Step 3 : Then add the garlic and salt, and let the meat cook over low heat for about an hour.

Step 4 : Make sure the pork is well cooked.

Step 5 : Once the water has evaporated and the meat is almost ready, if the meat does not have enough fat, you can add a tablespoon of oil to brown it.

Step 6 : It is important to stir the meat regularly to brown it evenly.
