Chamomile Sweet
Ingredients
500 grams of Chamomile
500 grams of Sugar
3 tablespoons of Strawberry essence
1 Cinnamon stick
2 liters of Water
Preparation
Step 1 : Previously well-washed chamomile flowers are cooked in water until fully submerged and left to cook until the shells burst.
Step 2 : Once ready, they are removed and allowed to cool.
Step 3 : The shells are removed and set aside.
Step 4 : In the same cooking water of the chamomile, add the sugar, cinnamon, chamomile, and strawberry essence.
Step 5 : Cook over medium heat until it boils and the liquid reaches a honey-like consistency.
Step 6 : Finally, remove from heat and let cool before enjoying.
