Ingredients

1 cup of White sugar

½ cup of Water

1 cup of Vegetable oil

2 cups of Vegetable shortening

1 teaspoon of Clear vanilla extract

8 cups of Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : In a saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture boils.

Step 2 : Then, remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Step 3 : Next, pour the resulting syrup into a large bowl and beat at high speed with the oil, vegetable shortening, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 4 : Gradually add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, continuing to beat until the cream thickens and becomes fluffy.

Step 5 : If the cream is too thick, it is recommended to add water gradually, one tablespoon at a time, and continue beating until reaching the desired consistency.
