Ingredients

25 Indian ripe mangoes

4 Bundles of white candy

Vanilla concentrate

Cinnamon sticks

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and peel the mangoes, making cuts without touching the seeds.

Step 2 : Boil them in a pot for three minutes to puff up, then remove from the water.

Step 3 : In another pot, prepare the honey by adding the bundles, cinnamon, and vanilla to four cups of water.

Step 4 : Once the bundles are dissolved, add the mangoes and cook on low heat for 45 minutes.

Step 5 : Remove from the heat and let rest before enjoying.
