6 Egg whites

1 pinch of Salt

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

2 cups of Sugar

Step 4 : Place parchment paper on a baking tray to prevent sticking, and using a piping bag, form small mounds of the mixture onto the tray.

Step 5 : Bake at 275°C (about 527°F) for approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
