2 cups of Ground almonds

2 cups of Powdered sugar

2 Eggs

Edible colorants

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the almond cookies, start by mixing the ground almonds with the sugar and add the egg white without beating.

Step 2 : Then, stir everything together and knead the mixture until reaching the desired consistency to shape the cookies.

Step 3 : Next, brush the dough with the beaten yolk or with food colorings, as preferred.

Step 4 : Then, it is important to preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the cookies at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.

Step 5 : Once ready, let them cool.

Step 6 : For a egg-free variation, you can make a mixture of sugar with milk until you achieve the desired consistency, then mold the cookies with colorants as desired.
