Ingredients

5 Egg whites

½ cup of Sugar

½ tablespoon of Baking powder

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

1 cup of Cornstarch or corn flour

½ cup of Milk

6 tablespoons of Peach juice

3 Yolks

Preparation

Step 1 : First, beat the egg whites with the baking powder until you obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 2 : Then, gradually add the sugar until reaching the desired consistency, which should be a firm peak or soft peak stage.

Step 3 : Next, pour the meringue into a mold, ensuring no air gaps, and cover with aluminum foil.

Step 4 : Place the mold inside a pot with boiling water to cook using the double boiler method for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 5 : After this time, remove from heat and let it rest, then turn it over and refrigerate.

Step 6 : To prepare the milk and caramel sauce, cook the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until caramelized.

Step 7 : Then, add the milk, stir, and let it boil.

Step 8 : In a separate container, mix the peach juice, yolks, and cornstarch, then finally combine with the caramel and milk mixture.

Step 9 : Once all these steps are completed, the dish is ready to enjoy.
