Ingredients

Pineapple Atol

1 Chopped pineapple

½ Panela sweetened syrup

Cinnamon stick

1 pinch of Pepper

5 Cloves

80 grams of Cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare pineapple atol, place the pineapple pieces in a blender with ½ liter of water and blend until smooth.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, heat 2 liters of water and add the blended pineapple, the panela sweetener, cinnamon to taste, whole pepper to taste, and the 5 cloves.

Step 3 : Mix well and bring to a boil.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in 60 ml of water and add it to the boiling atol pot.

Step 5 : Continue stirring constantly until the desired consistency is reached, then serve.
