Rice Salpores

1 pound of Rice flour

½ pound of Sugar

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon, preferably in sticks

1 teaspoon of Salt

¼ cup of Lard

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

Step 2 : Then, form small balls with the dough and gently flatten them to shape into little patties.
