300 grams of Sifted all-purpose flour

300 grams of Sugar

6 Eggs

Margarine

Cinnamon sticks

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the batter, beat the eggs until they are whipped to soft peaks and fluffy.

Step 2 : Then, add the sugar and beat for a few more minutes.

Step 3 : Next, incorporate the flour and cinnamon, continuing to beat until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.

Step 4 : Then, grease a baking dish with margarine and sprinkle flour around the edges.

Step 5 : Pour the mixture into the dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°C for 25 minutes.

Step 6 : To ensure it is cooked, insert a toothpick or knife and verify that it comes out clean.
