1 liter of Water

800 grams of Sugar

Step 4 : Continue stirring until the mixture thickens, resembling a dough-like consistency.

Step 5 : Once the desired texture is achieved, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.

Step 6 : Then, using your hands, form the tamarind balls and roll them in sugar on a flat plate.
