Ingredients

2 cups of Pork chicharrón

1 cup of Chicken broth

2 Garlic cloves

1 cup of Cream

1 Cilantro sprig

½ Onion

½ Green chili

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Chop the onion, chili, cilantro, and garlic into medium-sized pieces.

Step 2 : Then, place them in the blender along with the pork chicharrón and ½ cup of chicken broth, and blend well.

Step 3 : Pour the blender mixture into a pot over low heat, adding the rest of the chicken broth, the cup of cream, and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4 : Stir continuously until it boils.

Step 5 : Serve hot and enjoy with some tortillas.
