Ingredients

5 Salvadoran sausages

1 Medium chopped onion

2 Tomatoes (not for salad) chopped

1 Chopped green chili

4 cups of Chicken broth (fresh or from a cube)

1 Sprig of various herbs

1 tablespoon of Canola oil

2 Garlic cloves

2 Eggs

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, pour the oil and sauté the onion.

Step 2 : Then, add the chorizo, garlic, and green chili, cooking for 5 minutes over high heat, ensuring it doesn't get too fried.

Step 3 : Next, add the tomato and stir for another 5 minutes.

Step 4 : Add the chicken broth, cover the pot, and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat.

Step 5 : It is recommended to add one or two eggs gradually, stirring as you do so.

Step 6 : With this, the preparation will be ready to serve and enjoy.
