Ingredients

4 Corn

2 cups of Chicken broth

½ Onion

2 Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons of Butter

½ cup of Cream

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : First, remove the kernels from the corn.

Step 2 : Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Step 3 : In a hot pot, add 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the onion and garlic.

Step 4 : Next, add the corn kernels, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook until the corn is tender.

Step 5 : Then, transfer the mixture to a blender, add half a cup of cream, and blend until reaching the thick consistency of cream.

Step 6 : Transfer the cream to a pot and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7 : Stir well and serve hot.
