Ingredients

1 cup of Corn kernels

½ liter of Chicken broth

300 grams of Spinach

½ Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Finely chop the onion and garlic, and sauté in a skillet until softened.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, finely chop the 300 grams of spinach.

Step 3 : In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the corn kernels and chopped spinach, along with the sautéed onion and garlic.

Step 4 : Add salt to taste and cook until the corn kernels are tender.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the soup hot.
