Ingredients

2 Crabs

2 tablespoons of Diced tomato (peeled and seedless)

2 tablespoons of Sliced purple onion

1 pinch of Shrimp broth

1 Finely chopped garlic clove

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 ½ cups of Crab meat base

Salt and white pepper

1 tablespoon of Finely chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : The onion and garlic are sautéed in a skillet.

Step 2 : Then, the tomato is added and lastly, the crab meat base.

Step 3 : The crabs are washed and carefully cleaned before adding them to the preparation.

Step 4 : The mixture is seasoned with salt and pepper and covered, letting it cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Step 5 : To serve, it is decorated with finely chopped parsley and drizzled with a bit of oil.
