Ingredients

2 cups of Chufles

1 Onion

1 Tomato

2 cups of Cream

2 cups of Water

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Vegetables are thinly sliced: onion, tomato, and two cloves of garlic.

Step 2 : The chopped mixture is placed in a pot and fried with oil.

Step 3 : Chufles are added and fried for a couple of minutes.

Step 4 : 2 cups of water and salt to taste are added, and it is boiled until the chufles are soft.

Step 5 : Finally, the cream is added and stirred very well for 3 minutes.
