2 Criadillas (bull testicles) sliced into rounds

1 Ripe tomato

1 Medium green chili

½ Onion

2 Garlic cloves

Sprigs of mint

1 Chicken egg

Preparation

Step 1 : First, the criadillas are placed in a pot along with the tomato, onion, and green chili.

Step 2 : The mixture is cooked over medium heat for about 15 to 20 minutes, until a light and flavorful consommé forms.

Step 3 : Then, a beaten egg is poured into the pot and carefully mixed to incorporate it completely.

Step 4 : To serve, the dish can be presented as is, with its original texture.

Step 5 : However, for a creamier consistency, you can blend all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
