Ingredients

1 Previously seasoned indian hen

2 Juicy medium tomatoes

1 Medium onion

1 Small chili

5 Peeled garlic cloves

Basil leaves

Mint, parsley, and cilantro leaves

Chiltepe pepper leaves

2 Squash

3 Potatoes

2 Small or medium carrots

4 Pipianes

2 Corn

¼ cup of Rice grains

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with water covering the hen, add salt and let it cook until tender.

Step 2 : Around one hour and forty-five minutes later, add the tomatoes, chili, onion, garlic, and vegetables with the rice.

Step 3 : Cook until the vegetables and rice are done, at which point the soup is ready to serve.
