Ingredients

½ pound of Marañón Seeds

½ liter of Milk

1 Cinnamon stick

1 Nutmeg

½ liter of Water

Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The Marañón seeds are toasted over low heat and blended with water until a fine mixture forms.

Step 2 : In a pot, bring the milk to a boil and add sugar, salt, cinnamon, and grated nutmeg.

Step 3 : Once they release their aroma, add the seed mixture and stir until it boils.
