Meatball Soup
Ingredients
½ pound of Ground beef
1 Egg
6 cups of Beef broth
2 cups of Potatoes cut into cubes
3 Pumpkin pieces cut into cubes
1 cup of Cooked rice
1 Beef or ribs consommé
1 Carrots sliced
1 Celery stalk
½ Chopped green chili
1 Chopped tomato
½ Finely chopped onion
1 Herb bouquet (aromatic herbs)
Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first mix the ground meat with rice, egg, and beef consommé.
Step 2 : Then season the mixture with Worcestershire sauce and salt, forming the meatballs.
Step 3 : In a skillet with enough hot oil, fry the meatballs until they are well browned.
