½ pound of Ground beef
1 Egg
6 cups of Beef broth
2 cups of Diced potatoes
3 Diced squash
1 cup of Cooked rice
1 Beef consommé or rib
1 Sliced carrot
1 Celery stalk
½ Chopped green chili
1 Chopped tomato
½ Finely chopped onion
1 Bouquet of herbs
Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch of Salt
