Ingredients

400 grams of Octopus

½ Bread loaf

2 Onions

1 kilogram of Fried tomato sauce

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by chopping the octopus into small pieces and placing them in a pot with a bit of salt, boiling for about 30 minutes.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a saucepan, sauté finely chopped onions in a splash of oil.

Step 3 : When they start to turn color, add the bread cut into very small cubes.

Step 4 : Once the bread begins to fry, add the cooked octopus pieces and moisten the saucepan with a little of the cooking water.

Step 5 : Add the tomato sauce to the pan and cook over low heat until a thick soup is obtained.

Step 6 : Adjust the seasoning with salt to taste and serve to enjoy.
