Pork Crackling Cream
Ingredients
2 cups of Pork crackling
1 cup of Chicken broth
2 Garlic cloves
1 cup of Heavy cream
1 Cilantro sprig
½ Onion
½ Green chili
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The onion, chili, cilantro, and garlic are cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2 : Then, they are placed in the blender along with the pork crackling and half a cup of chicken broth, and blended very well.
Step 3 : The blender mixture is poured into a pot over low heat, adding the remaining chicken broth, the cup of heavy cream, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 4 : Stir continuously until it boils.
Step 5 : Serve hot and enjoy with some tortillas.
