Ingredients

400 grams of Pork rib

1 Bunch of chipilín

1 Onion

1 Green chili

2 Garlic cloves

1 cup of White rice

3 Potatoes

1 Carrot

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the chipilín, onion, green chili, and garlic into small pieces.

Step 2 : Sauté.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and carrot into medium pieces.

Step 4 : Place the pork rib to boil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 5 : Once the meat is cooked, add the sautéed mixture and the previously chopped vegetables.

Step 6 : Let it boil.

Step 7 : Then add a cup of rice and salt to taste, cooking until the rice is soft.

Step 8 : Stir constantly until achieving a rice soup with the desired consistency.
