Ingredients

5 Small lobster tails

10 River prawns

10 Oysters

10 Sea prawns

300 grams of Corvina fillet

2 Shrimp bouillon cubes

2 Small onions

3 Carrots

2 Leeks

4 Lemons

3 Celery stalks

1 Garlic bulb

3 Juicy tomatoes

1 pinch of White pepper

2 Celery stalks

Preparation

Step 1 : Vegetables are julienned and added to a large pot along with the bouillon cubes, chopped garlic, twenty cups of water, and tomatoes.

Step 2 : When it boils, add the lobster tails, sea prawns in pieces, oysters, and river prawns in strips.

Step 3 : Lastly, add the fish cubes.

Step 4 : Let it cook for 6 to 10 minutes.

Step 5 : When serving, add lemon and spicy chili to taste.
