Ingredients

½ kilogram of Shrimp

½ kilogram of Crabs

½ kilogram of Octopus

½ kilogram of Calamari

½ kilogram of Clams

1 Green chili

1 Small onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Cilantro sprig

1 Seafood cream packet

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

50 grams of Butter

½ cup of Cream

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the broth, take 2 cups of water and add the seafood cream packet.

Step 2 : Finely chop the garlic, cilantro, onion, and chili, then sauté them with butter.

Step 3 : Add the cleaned, shellless shrimp along with the crabs to the sauté, and stir everything together.

Step 4 : In a pot, place the prepared broth and add the sauté, along with the octopus, calamari, and clams.

Step 5 : Let it boil and cook thoroughly.

Step 6 : Once done, add 1/2 cup of cream and cook for approximately 3 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached.

Step 7 : Finally, serve the dish.
