Ingredients
½ kilogram of Shrimp
½ kilogram of Crab
½ kilogram of Octopus
½ kilogram of Squid
½ kilogram of Clams
1 Green chili
1 Small onion
2 Garlic cloves
1 Cilantro stem
1 Seafood cream mix
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
50 grams of Butter
½ cup of Cream
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the broth, take 2 cups of water and add the seafood cream mix.
Step 2 : Finely chop the garlic, cilantro, onion, and chili, then sauté them with butter.
Step 3 : Add the peeled shrimp, washed crabs to the sauté, and stir everything.
Step 4 : In a pot, place the prepared broth and add the sauté, adding the octopus, squid, and clams.
Step 5 : Let it boil and cook completely.
Step 6 : Once ready, add 1/2 cup of cream and let it cook for approximately 3 minutes, until reaching the desired consistency.
