Seafood Soup with Coconut Milk
Ingredients
500 grams of Conch
500 grams of Fish
3 Crabs
250 grams of Clams
250 grams of Shrimp
½ Cassava
1 Green Plantain
1 Ripe Plantain
1 Carrot
2 cans of Coconut Milk
5 liters of Water
1 Butter bar
1 teaspoon of Cumin
3 Garlic cloves
1 Sweet pepper
1 Onion
½ Cilantro bunch
1 Seasoning mix
2 Celery stalks
1 Shrimp bouillon cube
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this hearty seafood soup, first finely chop all the vegetables.
Step 2 : You can cut the carrot, celery, and onion to your liking, and cut the plantains into medium-sized pieces.
Step 3 : Then, place all the vegetables in a large enough pot and bring to a boil.
Step 4 : Once boiling, add the seasonings and the garlic previously sautéed in butter.
Step 5 : Continue cooking over high heat and add the previously beaten coconut milk with a little of the soup broth.
Step 6 : Mix everything well and, once it boils again, add the washed seafood and fish.
