Shredded meat is a traditional Latin American dish where the meat is cooked slowly until tender and then shredded to serve.

Shredded Meat
Ingredients
1 pound of Soup beef
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Green chili
1 Beef bouillon cube
Vegetable oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a medium pot, place the meat, the bouillon, and enough water to cover them.
Step 2 : Cook on low heat for about 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
Step 3 : Then, drain the meat, reserve the broth, and let it cool.
Step 4 : Subsequently, shred it carefully by hand or with a fork.
Step 5 : In a separate saucepan, sauté the green chili, onion, and tomatoes.
Step 6 : Once sautéed, add the shredded meat and a little broth.
Step 7 : Cook everything together for a few minutes and it's ready.
