Ingredients

1 Large fish head

1 pound of Shrimp

½ pound of Calamari

4 Crabs

1 pound of Medium white clams

1 pound of Large black clams

1 Medium catfish

4 Prawns

4 Octopuses

½ Garlic head

2 Medium tomatoes

1 Large onion

1 Large green chili

6 Scallions

1 Cilantro bunch

Black pepper

1 Ginger piece**

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious seafood soup, start boiling the fish head with the onion, tomatoes, green chili, and half of the cilantro.

Step 2 : Then, add the whole ginger, pepper, salt to taste, and stir until everything is well dissolved.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove the bones from the fish head and the ginger.

Step 4 : Next, blend all the ingredients and strain the soup to obtain a smooth mixture.

Step 5 : If the soup is too thick, you can add a little more water.

Step 6 : Then, add the crabs, calamari, octopuses, and prawns, and let it come to a boil.

Step 7 : Subsequently, add the shrimp and fish, and cook until they are just right.

Step 8 : Once the soup is ready, serve it hot and add chopped cilantro and scallions to taste.

Step 9 : Optionally, you can add cream before serving.
