Ingredients

2 Bunches of spinach

3 cups of Chicken broth

1 cup of Cream

50 grams of Butter

1 Red onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves and place them in a pot to sauté in melted butter.

Step 2 : Then, chop the two bunches of spinach into small pieces and add them to the pot with the sauté, adding salt to taste and stirring well over low heat.

Step 3 : Next, add the 3 cups of chicken broth and let it boil for about 25 minutes.

Step 4 : To finish, add 1 cup of cream and continue stirring the soup until it thickens, around 3 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the soup sprinkling a pinch of pepper.
