Ingredients

5 Tortillas

2 Tomatoes

1 ½ Onion

2 Bunches of cilantro

¼ Chicken

2 Garlic cloves

2 Small avocados

Cream and grated cheese

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious chicken soup, the first thing to do is clean the chicken and dice it into small pieces.

Step 2 : Bring water to a boil in a soup pot and add the chicken with a piece of tomato, a piece of onion, the two garlic cloves, a bunch of cilantro, and season to taste.

Step 3 : Once the chicken is well cooked, turn off the heat and remove the chicken from the pot, setting it aside.

Step 4 : Then cut the tortillas into pieces or squares and fry them in a pan with a little oil until they are toasted.

Step 5 : Next, sauté the remaining tomato and a piece of onion until they are soft.

Step 6 : Let this preparation cool.

Step 7 : In a blender, mix some of the fried tortillas with the reserved chicken soup, the sautéed tomato and onion, until everything is well blended.

Step 8 : If necessary, you can add a little more water to facilitate blending.

Step 9 : Pour this mixture into a pot, add the chicken sautéed previously cut into small squares and cook over low heat.

Step 10 : Season to taste and remove from heat once it boils.

Step 11 : To serve, you need avocado, onion, cilantro, and fried tortilla.

Step 12 : In each bowl, place half an avocado, pieces of tortilla, add the soup and garnish with a little onion, cilantro, a pinch of cream, and grated cheese.

Step 13 : Enjoy!
